Expert: More U.S. Troops Needed To Train Afghans
Gen. Stanley McChrystal's leaked report on Afghanistan calls for more U.S. troops in the country. But critics of that plan say the answer is not more U.S. troops, but more and better-trained Afghan soldiers. Lt. Gen. (retd.) James Dubik, senior fellow at the Institute for the Study of War, says more U.S. troops will be needed to train the fledgling Afghan army.
