The question of who should bear the responsibility for the accident has come into play in today's testimony; ValuJet, as the air carrier, or Sabretech, the company responsible for packing the oxygen generators now being blamed for starting the fire. There are some indications now that language difficulties among the Sabretech loading crew may have contributed to the confusion surrounding the loading and packaging of the generators.
