Normal Planning Commission Recommends One Normal Plaza Zoning Amendment
The Normal Planning Commission met Thursday evening to vote on a controversial amendment to the One Normal Plaza Zoning plan. The town council first initiated the discussion in May of 2020, but ended up tabling the public hearing until it could be held in person because of the pandemic.
