After the Cambodian genocide of the 1970's, the perpetuation of that art form was threatened, as most of Cambodia's artistic figures were murdered. He continued shooting at a local pub before taking three hostages to a cottage. Police arrested the man after he set the cottage and himself on fire. Two bodies were found in the rubble. Police have yet to find the third hostage.

President Clinton announced Sunday that the United States would be expanding cooperation with Israeli on missile defense.
