Inaugural Habitat for Humanity fundraiser returns a home show to McLean County
The first Blo-No Home Show features over 60 vendors and exhibitors from an array of topics and products in the home, design and lifestyle industries. Proceeds from the event benefit Habit for Humanity, which hopes to build four new homes in McLean County this year.

Upgrades are complete for a $50,000 classroom makeover won by a 7th and 8th grade teacher at Thomas Metcalf School, a university lab school.
CreatiVets honors Marine Nancy Benedict in inaugural art exhibition at Heartland
Nancy Benedict of Pontiac served in the Marine Corps from 1975-1978. She died last fall while enrolled in CreatiVets. Her classmates worked together to finish the pottery she'd started and dedicated their exhibition to her memory.
