Chris Duhon has been added to Dan Muller's coaching staff at Illinois State University.

Illinois State men’s basketball coach Dan Muller has added an NCAA national champion and former NBA veteran to his coaching staff.
Chris Duhon was a McDonald’s All-American who played on Duke’s 2001 title team and later played nine pro seasons with the Chicago Bulls and three other teams.

“Chris brings a high level of on-the-court experience and success to our program,” Muller said in a news release. “His playing career speaks for itself. He is a leader, a teammate, a worker, and a winner."

Duhon served as an assistant coach for parts of four seasons at Marshall. He resigned in January 2017 after he was arrested for driving on a revoked license, a charge which stemmed from a drunk driving arrest in November 2015.

Duhon is a native of Slidell, Louisiana. He graduated from Duke as the school’s all-time leader in steals, minutes and finished second in assists.
