Students-in-training make meaningful contributions to everything our listeners and readers rely on daily. Back to school season means Illinois State University students are filling new roles at the WGLT studios.
WGLT employs 11 student interns – six returning students and five new students – for the fall semester. Each intern is paid and works alongside a full-time member of the award-winning WGLT team. Special thanks to all the donors who supported the station on Birds Give Back and those who made additional gifts to our new intern fund. That financial support helps power our internship program.
