'Breath of fresh air': Hope Chicago scholarship program celebrates 5 years of impact

Hope Chicago has partnered with five Chicago high schools to offer a debt-free postsecondary or workforce opportunities. To date, the program has supported 3,000 Illinois families, including 170 current ISU students.
