Titled BN-CARE, the project places air quality sensors in three Twin City environmental justice areas, so-named for higher risk of residents developing cardiopulmonary disease.

Two months after being displaced by extensive vandalism, members of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church in west Bloomington will return to their church on Sunday.

Senior pastor Timothy Mark Harris said a baseball bat had been used to cause damage and break six to seven windows, a monitor and components for the church’s microphone and sound system. Additionally, two fire extinguishers were used to coat the sanctuary and hallway. The basement and bathroom also were damaged.

Voters in precincts 7 and 12 will report to Grossinger Motors Arena for the March 19 primary election.
