Wood Hill Towers

Kim Holman-Short's long career in public housing, including 37 years at the Bloomington Housing Authority, is being honored by renaming an apartment complex south of Downtown Bloomington.

The free haircuts were a partnership between the Bloomington-Normal Achievement Foundation and the Bloomington Housing Authority, helping seniors break through social isolation and to look their best for Christmas.
