WGLT fans — including many blues lovers — turned out Wednesday night for a Highway 309 LIVE concert presented by CEFCU, featuring blues band Mississippi Heat.

The show was the second in WGLT’s Highway 309 LIVE series. Before Mississippi Heat took the stage, the crowd was treated to a video retrospective about the life and legacy of “Delta” Frank Black. He was a legendary WGLT blues host who passed away in 2020.
