Bloomington Police say one man is hospitalized and another man is in custody following a shooting Tuesday afternoon at a convenience store in south Bloomington.
Police said officers were called to the Casey’s at 2107 Fox Creek Road at 4:20 p.m. on a report that a person had been shot.
Police said officers found an adult male at the scene with a gunshot wound. The man was taken to the hospital. His condition is not available at this time, according to police.
BPD said an adult male suspect was taken into custody around 4:32 p.m.
“There are no known threats to public safety at this time,” the police department said in a social media post. No additional information has been released.
