Bloomington Police have arrested two men from Normal on weapons charges following a Monday night shooting.
One man was hospitalized in the shooting. It happened in the 400 block of West Graham Street. His condition is not known.
Daejon Johnson, 24, and Ladarius Smith, 22, both face aggravated battery and other weapons charges, according to police.
Bloomington Police said an investigation led them to an apartment building in the area of Fort Jesse Road and Greenbriar Drive in Normal on Tuesday. Police said Johnson was arrested at a traffic stop after leaving the apartment building in a vehicle.
A SWAT Team and crisis negotiation unit facilitated the arrest of Smith, which happened without incident, according to authorities.
