Normal Police have arrested two teenagers related to a Valentine's Day shooting near the Illinois State University campus.

Authorities said one suspect was arrested with assistance from the U.S. Marshal's Fugitive Task Force. The second turned himself in. Both are in custody.

One of the two 17-year-old boys has been charged in adult court for his alleged role in the Feb. 14 incident in the 700 block of South Main Street. A 16-year-old girl was hospitalized with apparent gunshot wounds after the incident.

He is charged with aggravated battery, aggravated discharge of a firearm and unlawful use of a weapon.

The second teen will be tried in juvenile court.

Because of the ages of the suspects and the victim, their names have not been released.
