Police in Normal have arrested a 64-year old Bloomington man for inappropriately touching a 17-year old juvenile.
Officers have booked Glenn Brownfield for Aggravated Criminal Sexual Abuse involving a person with a disability.
The incident allegedly happened August 31st at the Activity and Recreation Center on East Willow Street in Normal.
Detectives are urging anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them.
Brownfield is being held in lieu of 50,000 dollars bond.
