Bloomington Police have arrested a 31-year-old nurse for allegedly ripping painkiller patches off the arms of nursing home patients and stealing them.
The patches contained timed release doses of the drug fentanyl, an opioid often mixed with heroin and sold on the street.
James Rellihan of Bloomington is being held on $50,000 bond.
Police said they arrested Rellihan on multiple counts of burglary and theft.
