Judges in the Eleventh Judicial Circuit have filled one of the vacancies on the bench.

Pontiac attorney Sarah Duffy has been tabbed as associate judge for the circuit that includes McLean, Livingston, Logan, Ford and Woodford counties.
Duffy was chosen from among 15 candidates, according to a statement issued by Marcia Meis, director of the administrative office of the Illinois Courts.
Duffy will take Bill Yoder's associate judge spot. Yoder is moving up to a circuit judge position being vacated by the retiring Kevin Fitzgerald. Duffy may take office on or after Sept. 6.
Two other associate judges are expected to retire later this year.
