Man Killed By Train In Bloomington

Authorities have identified the 60-year-old man who was struck and killed by a train Thursday morning in Bloomington.

Eric T. Gulyash of Bloomington was struck by the train around 6:20 a.m. Thursday on the tracks near West Front and South Allin streets, authorities said.

Gulyash died from blunt-force injuries from being struck, said McLean County Coroner Kathy Yoder. Toxicology reports are pending.

The coroner and Bloomington Police continue to investigate the incident.
