Brendan Denison
Brendan Denison became a correspondent at WGLT in 2026 after five years of working in The Pantagraph's newsroom. He started as a breaking news reporter covering public safety, higher education and weekend events, and later assisted editorial functions as a desk producer at the newspaper. While writing a live music column, Brendan discovered his passion for covering arts and culture in the Twin Cities. He has also served as a digital content producer at WCIA Channel 3 News in Champaign and as a police and county government reporter for The Commercial-News in Danville.
In his free time, Brendan enjoys smothering his pet cat with attention, scouring his local library for new reads and playing the Great Highland Bagpipe in regional contests.
