Normal Police Investigating Early Morning Shots Fired Incident

There was another shots fired incident in the Twin Cities overnight.

Normal police said multiple shots were fired at a 2nd floor apartment at 1005 Charlotte Drive early Thursday morning. The address is near Shelbourne Drive and a block west of Constitution Trail.

NPD said they were notified around 12:30 a.m. and found bullet holes on the exterior of the building and broken windows when they arrived.

They said the two men inside the apartment were not injured.

Police said have no suspects as of Thursday morning and are mum about the motivation for the shooting.
