Police in Normal said they are investigating a shooting Monday afternoon at an apartment building on Orlando Avenue.
Officers said the report came in just before 3 p.m. about an incident at 710 West Orlando. Police said a man had several gunshot wounds, though he was able to talk with officers before being transported to Carle BroMenn Medical Center.
