The Salvation Army of Bloomington has a new lieutenant.
Justin Tracy will serve as an Assistant Corps Officer under Salvation Army majors Dan and Laura Leisher.
Tracy is a native of Grove City, Ohio, who interned at the Salvation Army in Cape Girardeau, Mo., and then received training at the Salvation Army Training College in Chicago.
