Decatur woman identified in fatal 2-car crash near Heyworth
State Police said 44-year-old Quiana Boateng was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash that happened around 12:30 pm. Friday on northbound U.S. Route 51, just south of U.S. Route 136 in Randolph Township.
