WGLT has earned two national awards for outstanding visual storytelling and newscasts from the Public Media Journalists Association [PMJA].

The annual awards were announced June 6. Based on staff size, WGLT competed in Division B.

It's the third straight win for Bollinger.

WGLT also earned second place in Newscast for a broadcast that aired Sept. 15, 2023, and was produced by Charlie Schlenker. It's the second straight win for Schlenker.
