Abby Horton
InternAbby Horton was a social media intern at WGLT in summer 2024.
Abby is a rising junior at Illinois State University. She is majoring in public relations and graphic communications technology. She hopes to work as a brand strategist after graduation.
Abby also plays on the Illinois State University softball team and is involved in Redbirds 4 Change, Special Olympics and the Public Relations Student Society of America.
At WGLT, Abby will be focusing on social media posts across various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Threads as well as producing weekly newsletters.
