Parkside Junior High School student Edder Diaz, who died earlier this month from injuries suffered in a house fire, was remembered Saturday during events celebrating his time on the school's cross-country team.

A new flag, raising awareness about organ donation, now flies with the U.S. and Illinois state flags at the hospital in Normal.
