The new council members are Jenna Kearns, Ward 1; John Wyatt Danenberger, Ward 4; Cody Hendricks, Ward 6; and Kent Lee, Ward 8. Ward 2 incumbent Donna Boelen also was sworn in following her reelection.

John Wyatt Danenberger and Cody Hendricks will be two of four new members on the Bloomington City Council next month.

John Wyatt Danenberger and Steven Nalefski are running to replace Julie Emig in Bloomington's Ward 4 that includes many of the city's older neighborhoods east of downtown.
