Police have arrested a 19-year-old Chicago man suspected of the September fatal shooting of a man following a pop-up party in Normal, according to the Normal Police Department [NPD].

A U.S. Marshal's task force assisted in the arrest of Donye Arrington on Monday in Chicago, police said. Arrington is believed to have been involved in the killing of 18-year-old Randall Glass of Oak Lawn.

Glass was shot Sept. 29 near University and Locust streets near Illinois State University, following an outdoor, unsanctioned party. Another individual was injured.

A McLean County grand jury indicted Arrington on six counts, NPD reported, including murder, attempted murder, and unlawful use of a weapon.

Police say they continue to investigate and identify others involved in the incident.
