Associate Judge Randy Yedinak presided over a Nov. 3, 2025, session of the 11th Judicial Circuit's Veterans Treatment Court.

Judge Randy Yedinak has been promoted to circuit judge for Livingston County in the 11th Judicial Circuit.

Yedinak is a former prosecutor, serving as Livingston County's state's attorney from 2016-2023. He was appointed an associate judge for the county in 2023. He attended law school at Northern Illinois University.

Yedinak's appointment fills a vacancy created by Jennifer Bauknecht's retirement in March. His appointment ends in December, and he is running unopposed to retain the elected resident circuit judge position in the 2026 election. He announced his candidacy in October.

In addition, he presides over the circuit-wide Veterans Treatment Court that enrolls veterans from Ford, Livingston, Logan, McLean and Woodford Counties in a voluntary probationary program.
