The Carle Health Mobile Clinic is a 40-foot wheelchair accessible vehicle with two examination rooms.

The Carle Health Mobile Clinic will hold a two-day event in Bloomington offering back-to-school physicals and immunizations to prepare children for the upcoming school year.

The mobile clinic will be open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Friday, Aug. 7, and 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 8, at the Western Avenue Community Center, 600 N. Western Ave., Bloomington. The clinic will join Chestnut Health to offer full care services including required school exams as well as connections to mental health services.

“We are bringing high-quality care and supportive services into the community directly where people live, work and play,” said Kelly Parker, director at Carle Health Mobile Services.
