Bloomington Police Arrest 3rd Suspect in Fatal Shooting

Scotty Allen, 18, turned himself in to police on Monday as he awaits charges in connection with the shooting death of Juan Nash in April.

Bloomington Police say the third suspect wanted in connection with an alleged homicide on Orchard Road in April is now in police custody.Police said Scotty Allen, 18, turned himself in to authorities. BPD had announced last Tuesday they were looking for Allen in connection with the fatal shooting of 25-year-old Juan Nash.

Police had arrested Amari McNabb, 22, of Country Club Hills, and Exodus Hebert, 18, of Bloomington last week.Prosecutors have charged the three men with murder and mob action, while Allen and McNabb have also been charged with aggravated discharge of a firearm.

Allen is being held on a $3 million bond. McNabb and Hebert face bond at $2 million each.
