The newly-dedicated expansion of the nursing simulation lab at Illinois State University already is making a difference in the student experience, according to college leaders and students.

The grant award requires ISU to conduct a research study on the use of more diverse manikins in the Mennonite College of Nursing's Simulation Lab.

Thanks to an ongoing partnership between OSF HealthCare and Illinois State University, students at ISU's Mennonite College of Nursing will pilot simulations aimed at teaching future healthcare providers how to administer telehealth.
