Saskia Molina Gamez
InternSaskia Molina Gamez is a student intern at WGLT who does Spanish translations for news articles. She joined the station in August 2025.
Saskia is a sophomore studying communications and Spanish education at Illinois State University. She has previously done school newspaper articles and yearbook publishing. She hopes to expand her journalism skills through her internship.
In the future she aspires to continue to be in a news-related field and use her Spanish skills to help expand the news to different outlets and audiences.
