One person was killed early Sunday in a one-vehicle crash on Interstate 55 southwest of Bloomington.
The crash happened around 2:30 a.m. on northbound I-55 near Shirley. A male driver (the vehicle's sole occupant) was killed in the crash, said McLean County Coroner Kathy Yoder.
The crash remains under investigation by the coroner's office and Illinois State Police. An autopsy is scheduled for Sunday.
