According to a news joint release from the Bloomington police and fire departments and McLean County Coroner Kathy Yoder, the fire broke out at a home in the 700 block of East Market Street shortly before 5:30 p.m. Sunday.

Bloomington Police now call the death of a 16-year-girl earlier this month a homicide investigation. But they have released few other details, including a cause of death.

The McLean County Coroner has identified the man who died in fire in Bloomington Tuesday morning. Randall Klockenga, 63, of Bloomington was pronounced dead at the scene.

Authorities say Dylan Burroughs, 18, was a pedestrian when he was hit near County Road 825 East and 2100 North in rural Carlock on the night of July 7.
