An 88-year-old man died when a sport utility vehicle hit the recumbent bicycle he was riding Sunday on the west side of Bloomington.
Police were called to the 1900 block of West Washington Street around 5:05 p.m. The McLean County sheriff's office and county coroner said Wayne Fisher of Bloomington was pronounced dead at the scene.
The McLean County Accident Reconstruction Team and Sheriff's Department are investigating.
